3. Booking & Payment:

  • All services must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with us.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Payments are accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or cash only.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours  before the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.

 

5. Client Responsibilities:

  • The client is responsible for providing safe and appropriate access to the location where services will be performed.

  • The client must disclose any hazards, sensitive items, or special conditions prior to the session.

  • We are not responsible for the disposal of items unless agreed upon in writing.

 

6. Limitation of Liability:

We will take reasonable care in providing our services, but we are not liable for:

  • Accidental loss or damage to items, unless caused by our negligence.

  • Any decision you make regarding disposal, donation, or sale of your belongings.
