We provide personal organization services, including but not limited to home organization, office organization, decluttering, and related consulting services. Services may be booked online, by phone, or by email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or website. By booking our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Booking & Payment:

All services must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with us.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Payments are accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or cash only.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.

5. Client Responsibilities:

The client is responsible for providing safe and appropriate access to the location where services will be performed.
The client must disclose any hazards, sensitive items, or special conditions prior to the session.
We are not responsible for the disposal of items unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability:

We will take reasonable care in providing our services, but we are not liable for:

Accidental loss or damage to items, unless caused by our negligence.
Any decision you make regarding disposal, donation, or sale of your belongings.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property:

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, and materials, is owned by Lodi Organizer Co. and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy:

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
